Membership

A member can benefit from booking bed nights at member rates for a Spouse/partner, and any under 18s residing at the member's address.

Please look after the properties

BBRCC - The Outdoor Club is a members club and therefore every member is equally responsible for the upkeep of the properties. If there are any problems at the house, anything broken/damaged/not working please report back ASAP so we can address it. It is incumbent on (or the responsibility of) the member making the booking to draw the attention of all their guests (members and non-members) to the “rules”.

Bookings, cancellations & refunds

No refund is available if you cancel within 6 weeks of your visit. Should you need to cancel your booking at any time, please contact the booking secretary, but note that refunds are only given if actioned more than 6 weeks in advance. The minimum booking lead time is 4 days. Short notice booking may not be accepted if booking secretary is unavailable to confirm.

Beds & rooms

Other people may subsequently book empty beds in your booked room, without knowing who is already in there, so consider needs of your group, especially children. If you would like to be guaranteed a whole room you will need to book all the beds in that room.​
