Payment details are below and should be made as soon as you receive the reference.

Bookings must be made by the member and paid for from that members bank account or credit card. This is to ensure we remain within current legislation and protects the clubs tax free status.

As you will have noticed, we have a new booking system. The main change from the old booking system is that you are now required to enter your card details.

Your card will only be charged once a booking secretary confirms your booking and makes any required changes. At that point, they will take the payment from your stored card. This may be a few days after your booking request as the team are all volunteers.

Your card details are saved in the system for 30 days. Our booking system (Sirvoy) is secure and GDPR compliant. Your card details are not viewable by any volunteers and are deleted automatically after 30 days.

The payment itself will be taken by Stripe – a world leading payment gateway – and is protected by all of Stripe’s security and policies.
