New: Online form to amend a booking

We now have forms to amend previous bookings on the relevant pages.

This is to make it easier for members to add extra people or change dates without filling in a whole new form every time. It also makes it easier for volunteers to address the changes without matching up the previous forms.

You can access these forms by going to the relevant booking form and scrolling to the bottom of the page, or following the relevant buttons.
